In February 2023 Iowa State Representative Derek Wulf and Senator Annette Sweeney introduced restrictive drone bills which were swiftly passed through subcommittees with no modification nor consideration for public comments.
Contact your Representatives
The number one most important thing you can do right now is contact your representatives, sharing how this bill will affect you, your business, or your hobby. Let them know that if passed, this will be contested as a preemption of Federal law.
